The youth baseball terminal

Run the league.
Develop the players.
Scout every game.

On Deck Analytics is one terminal for the people who run youth baseball: recreational leagues and travel clubs and organizations. It takes the work off the spreadsheet and the late night: administering a season, reading every player’s development from the games they actually played, and putting a scouting report in the dugout before the first pitch.

01

League administration

The whole season, scheduled and run from one place: fields, games, practices, coaches, rainouts, trades, and what families see.

02

Player development analytics

Every player’s progress read from the games they played, season over season, with the numbers a coach can act on.

03

Scouting services and reports

Reports on your own players and your opponents, game-prep cards for the dugout, and a grade on how the last game really went.

01 · League administration

Schedule the entire league. Prove every decision.

Games are placed first, then practices around them, against the fields, the daylight, each coach’s stated availability and a fairness ledger that remembers who waited last week. The season lives in one file the league runs on, and a report says why every assignment landed where it did.

Nothing double-booked, nothing after dark

One booking ledger covers every field and every age group, and it knows a shared lawn is one lawn. Practices stop where the light does; a game that must run late is placed anyway, and labelled.

Rainouts are a log, not a retype

A rainout lists what it displaced and proposes legal makeup windows. The original placement is kept, every change has a name and a reason on it, and regenerating never wipes a manual fix.

Coaches serve themselves

They sign in with the email on the roster, read their own schedule, subscribe once to a calendar feed that follows every change, and trade a practice with another coach. The administrator approves; the rules are checked at every step.

Families get the schedule, not the spreadsheet

A page per team, a calendar per team, printable PDFs and the exports the board asks for, all produced from the same file. No one is technical, and no one has to be.

02 · Player development analytics

Every player’s progress, read from the games they played.

The terminal takes box scores and play-by-play as they are kept today and turns them into a picture of each player: where they are, where they are heading, and what to work on next. It is built for the ages where a season changes a kid, so it measures change, not just totals.

Season over season, not game by game

Projections and ratings that carry a player from one season to the next, so a coach sees development and a parent sees a trajectory rather than one bad Saturday.

Where to stand, and why

Defensive positioning built from coach-authored field templates, chosen for the hitter at the plate and the situation, with every rule traceable to a decision somebody made.

Try the lineup before the game

Game, lineup and bracket simulations that share one engine, so a coach can see what a batting order or a pitching plan does before it costs a real inning.

03 · Scouting services and reports

A scouting report in the dugout before the first pitch.

Reports on your own players and on the team across the diamond, written from the data and delivered as cards a coach can hold. After the game, a grade on what happened, with the next-best call priced beside the one that was made.

Your players, and theirs

Scouting notes on each hitter and fielder, and an opponent report built from the games they have already played, so the plan is made from evidence rather than from memory.

Game prep you can print

Half-cards and reports sized for a clipboard: positioning by hitter, the lineup, the matchups that matter, and nothing a coach will not read between innings.

Built for kids’ data

Names are replaced before any AI model sees a word, the analysis runs where the data already lives, and nothing carrying a child’s name is ever part of a public page.

Recreational leagues

A volunteer board runs the season from one file

The schedule, the fields, the coaches, the trades, the rainouts and the pages families open, without a developer on call.

Travel clubs and organizations

A club that develops players year round

Progress tracked across seasons, game prep for every opponent, and reports the staff can stand behind.
